Can I change or cancel my order once it's been placed?

We try to get your orders dispatched as soon as we can, so there isn't much time for amendments. However, if your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, and you get in touch with us within half an hour of ordering, we will try our best.

I've received an incorrect/faulty item, what should I do?

Send us an email to, or fill out our contact form with your order number, and let us know what the issue is. Please also include photos where possible!

Have you received my order yet?

When you've placed your order, you will receive an email within 30 minutes to confirm we've received it. Once we've fulfilled your order, you will receive another email with your shipping details.

How do I get a discount on my order?

We regularly run promotional offers which you can look out for on our social media pages and our newsletter. We also offer 10% off for life with code BREWSBROS if you are signed up to our newsletter, and 15% off for life for Blue Light Card holders.


A product I want to buy is out of stock?

Sorry about that! You can sign up to a stock notifier on the relevant product page, so you'll get an automatic email as soon as it's back in stock.

I don't know what I need to buy, or what flavours to choose?

If you're a beginner, or even an expert and need some advice: get in touch with us at or message our Facebook page, and we'll advise you on the best products for you, and how to use them.

I want to try your flavours before buying the bigger bottles, do you offer any testers?

We sell 10ml samples for only 99p, available in all of our flavours. If you place an order with us though, let us know in the order notes any flavours you want to try - we will pop a couple in for free!

Delivery & Shipping

What delivery options do you have?

We have a wide range of worldwide delivery options. You can find out all about them on our Shipping page.

Can I track my order?

All of our available shipping services will provide you with a tracking number. You can find this on your "Shipped" email, or on the order section of your account. Our DPD service is fully tracked, and our Royal Mail services have confirmation of delivery tracking only.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Unfortunately there are sometimes delays we cannot avoid, whether it's on our end or on our delivery partners end. We will always try to let you know if this happens, with an updated notice on our Shipping page. If you're concerned about your order though, please get in touch.

Do you deliver to BFPO and PO Boxes?

We do, as long as you choose one of our Royal Mail services! Just pop your BFPO/PO Box number into the post code box at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £40, and free shipping to international customers on orders over £50.


How has COVID affected your dispatch times?

We are of course adhering to government guidelines at all times, which means that at some point, staff might need to isolate. Our staff, and our customers safety is priority at all times, so if this happens please do bare with us. We are a team of 4 initially, so any staff shortages will unfortunately extend our dispatch times by a day or two. 

How has COVID affected your shipping times?

In peak periods of the year, our couriers are battling with staff shortages on top of a larger than usual volume of parcels. This might cause unavoidable delays in delivery times, but we will do our best to keep you informed via email newsletters, website notices and our social media platforms.

How has COVID affected your products?

Luckily we haven't had to make any changes to our products during this period, and hopefully we won't have to! However, our suppliers are sometimes dealing with COVID related delays, meaning our products could be out of stock for longer than we'd like.
