Payment Update 5th March 2024

Just wanted to give you all a quick update if you plan to make an order over the next few days.

Worldpay (our current payment processor for card payments) have changed their checkout systems, and as it stands, they haven't moved us over to the new system yet. This means we will be unable to take card payments for a short period of time.

You will still be able to place an order after this point, but the only payment option available at checkout will be bank deposit/bank transfer.

If you want to pay this way, our bank details will come up on screen after you place your order, we will also email them to you. Once you've paid, we will process your order for dispatch in our working hours.

If you'd prefer to pay by card, please choose the bank deposit option anyway to secure the stock for your order, and we will be in touch in the next few days to organise payment once Worldpay is back up and running again.

We're so sorry about this guys, it's extremely frustrating, but we're hoping we will have this issue sorted in a matter of days - if it isn't we will find an alternative option ASAP.
